  • We have a number of warehouses in the continental United States and the standard delivery usually takes 3-5 days. However, it will take more time during the COVID outbreak. Please notice that the express service is only available in the continental United States.
  • If you are from outside of the continental United States and want to buy our products, you will need to use the transshipment service provided by the third-party transship company. (We recommend these service providers, USGoBuy, My US, Reship, and Shipito. We only recommend service providers without taking other responsibility).

  • You may need to go to corresponding website for inquiry on your own for such as the service terms, fee rules and countries or regions can be delivered.

  • Sign up on a service provider’s website to register your US mailing address and you will get the warehouse address of transshipment service provider.
  • Fill in the address provided by the transshipment service provider, add your name and phone number after this address on our website.
  • After your package arrived at their warehouse, you can submit a shipment request and pay the estimated shipping fee.
  • The transshipment service provider will send you the tracking number.
